Anubis Ankh's Harry Potter Fan fic about Hermione and Severus, Pride of Time [link] (give it a chance-it's excellent)

This is one of my favorite parts- Severus finally works up the courage to kiss Hermione, in the story he is only a year older than her. It's a time tuner fic (they are my weakness) the story is not quite done yet but... she updates at least once a week and I made an exception to my rule of not reading fic's unless they are complete. the story is absolutely wonderful and the plot completely believable. One of my favorites! I think I've read it at least 2x by now.

Go read it-as a matter of fact go read all her stories- I love the five winters as well!

I'll finish this soon but I'm in the process of buying a house and moving so no idea when I'll get around to it.
